The role
As a Conveyancing
Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files from start to
finish. Duties include typing first letters and transfer documents, dealing
with clients and other Solicitors, on line searches, settlement figures,
booking settlements and general file management duties. You will settle
approximately 40-50 files per month with a full time Conveyancing Assistant.
You will use LEAP precedents.
You
You will have a
minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing paralegal experience. You will also
have excellent time management skills and customer service skills.

firm based on the south side. Immediate start. Salary negotiable dependant upon
experience (up to $60,000 + superannuation). Friendly and relaxed environment.
Total of 6 staff.
