Service Technician
We are seeking an
enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated licenced Electrician to join our
team.
Company
Background
Redfern Flinn
design, manufacture, install and service industrial cranes and hoisting
equipment for clients in the manufacturing, automotive, mining and transport
industries. An opportunity now exists for the rig
ht person to join our mobile
service team.
Position
The role of a crane
service technician will entail adhering to safety procedures, carrying out
regular servicing and breakdowns, both independently and as part of the team to
our clients through out metropolitan and regional areas of NSW. Completing
relevant paperwork, participating in training sessions and communicating any
issues.
Some overtime may be
required and may include weekends. You will also be required to participate in
a roster for after hours call outs.
Skills
The ideal candidate
will possess the following skills;
• Licenced
Electrician with well established industrial equipment experience and
mechanical aptitude (minimum 3 years)
• Experience in the
crane industry would be a distinct advantage
• Drivers
Licence and High Risk Work Licence (WP) essential
• Must have strong
attention to detail as well as problem solving skills and be quality driven.
• Be customer
focused and have a strong commitment to safe work practices
• Demonstrate good
levels of communication both verbal and written
