Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    training sessions in the Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Assess
    students and provide constructive and timely feedback
  • Coordinate
    practical placement arrangements for students, including liaising with
    partner providers
  • Conduct
    on-site practical placement visits
  • Participate
    in, and contribute to assessment validations
  • Maintain,
    modify and or develop learning resources, session plans and assessment
    tools as required
  • Attend
    regular scheduled Professional Development sessions and team meetings at
    our head office in Collingwood

To be successful in the role you must have a minimum of two years experience in
an Early Childhood Trainer & Assessor role.

You will hold a combination of the following:

  • Diploma
    of Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Extensive
    practical experience as Educator/Leader in the Early Childhood Sector
  • Certificate
    IV in Training and Assessment (mandatory)

You will need to be capable of working effectively autonomously and as a member
of the team.

You will bring with you your passion for the Early Childhood Sector and your
creativity and professionalism to your training role.

Access to a car is essential. This role will require the successful candidate
to be available Weekday’s & Weekends. Candidates will be
required to interview at our Head Office in Collingwood.
