Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
training sessions in the Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care - Assess
students and provide constructive and timely feedback - Coordinate
practical placement arrangements for students, including liaising with
partner providers - Conduct
on-site practical placement visits - Participate
in, and contribute to assessment validations - Maintain,
modify and or develop learning resources, session plans and assessment
tools as required - Attend
regular scheduled Professional Development sessions and team meetings at
our head office in Collingwood
To be successful in the role you must have a minimum of two years experience in
an Early Childhood Trainer & Assessor role.
You will hold a combination of the following:
- Diploma
of Early Childhood Education & Care - Extensive
practical experience as Educator/Leader in the Early Childhood Sector - Certificate
IV in Training and Assessment (mandatory)
You will need to be capable of working effectively autonomously and as a member
of the team.
You will bring with you your passion for the Early Childhood Sector and your
creativity and professionalism to your training role.
Access to a car is essential. This role will require the successful candidate
to be available Weekday’s & Weekends. Candidates will be
required to interview at our Head Office in Collingwood.
