are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for the Building Learning
Foundations (BLF) project in Rwanda. This is a four-year project that

strengthening the Education system in Rwanda working in collaboration with
relevant ministries and partners. The Communication Manager will lead in the planning,
delivery and maintenance of good internal and external communications and
information sharing.
The
post holder will be expected to oversee the internal and external communication
function for the Building Learning Foundations (BLF) project. Specifically, to
support in establishing and maintaining an interactive information sharing flow
with stakeholders to drive the project objectives
