We are looking for an energetic, business orientated
and passionate Store Manager to lead and represent our brand in the Black Rock
store.

As the Store Manager of our Blac
k Rock boutique you
will be responsible for:
- Driving the sales and leading the store team
- Meeting store sales targets (sales and wages)
- Team coaching, development and recruitment
- Managing the day to day operations of the store
- Growing and managing the customer database
Within the role, you will have direct access to the ECO
D head office team and will have the opportunity to play an important role
in providing customer insights to the marketing and retail operations.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Extensive store management experience (ideally
with a fashion retailer) - Proven sales and customer service focus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A solid understanding of VM principles, shrinkage
and budget management - A passion for fashion, particularly the ECO D
brand
