Architect Intern
Reporting to Property development Officer
Excellent drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD), to
develop and to produce design schemes which we consider to be viable in terms
of “build ability” producing drawings an
d specifications for construction
teams, Excellent project presentational skills and rendering and sound
knowledge of Building regulations and Standards, Ability to work closely with
other professionals like surveyors and civil engineers, Sound knowledge and
understanding of construction industry, Receptive to fresh ideas and new
approaches: willingness to learn, Excellent conceptual and master planning
skills, Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, To work
closely with building contractors and do so in a spirit of helpfulness and
cooperation, Any other duties as maybe assigned by the Property development
Manager from time to time
Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or planning, Experience in
programme management and coordination, Excellent communication and drafting
skills, Proven ability to work creatively and independently, Ability to work
with culturally diverse groups of people, Computer knowledge and skills – at
least Computer Aided design, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
Power Point
