to the Committee of Management, this is a key leadership position within the
kindergarten team that will provide the right applicant with a genuinely

responsibilities include:

- Managing
legislative and regulatory requirements; including all service policies - Managing
industrial requirements - Liaising
with Cardinia Council - Managing
staff and event coordination - Overseeing
kindergarten finances - Supporting
the Committee of Management; e.g. OHS, attending meetings and providing
training to incoming committees

Qualifications
Qualification
in business management or administration is a priority and some experience
managing community services is preferable. Qualification in Children’s Services
(or similar) with some experience in leading the delivery of Early Years Care
and Education Service is highly desirable.
