Morley City has a vacancy for a bubbly and polite Customer Relations Manager.
As
our Customer Relations Manager, your main focus will be promoting and
maintaining professional and respectable relationships with all our clients to
ensure customer retention.
In
order to maintain excellent customer service, you will be required to;
  • Follow
    up customers after the purchase or service of their vehicle via calls,
    letters and surveys
  • Attend
    to any customer grievances in a professional manner
  • Address
    any concerns from customers with the Management team and provide a
    resolution
  • Liaise
    with department Managers to ensure Manufacturers targets are achieved.
The
successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
  • Excellent
    telephone manners
  • Previous
    experience in a similar role
  • Polite,
    professional and bubbly personality
  • Strong
    organisational skills
  • Ability
    to work under pressure
