As a result of continuous growth, we are seeking a determined Graduate IT
Support Officer to join our company. This is a new and exciting position which
allows the successful candidate the opportunity to join a proud team that offer

member. You will be the face of IT for our clients as the primary function of
this role is to provide first level support to users.
This position will provide an IT Graduate with an opportunity to not only
enhance their skills learnt throughout their university or TAFE course, but to
also gain invaluable hands on experience and exposure to corporate culture and
environments.
Do you have:
• At least 6 months previous customer service experience?
• Windows Operating System experience?
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal?
• A technical mind and the ability to solve problems?
• A passion for IT?
You will be involved with providing remote and also onsite support to clients,
IT projects, business applications and core business systems. In addition, you
will gain exposure to different IT systems & technologies and varied
organisation cultures.
Previous IT experience is preferred for this role, however, full on-the-job
training is provided. We simply require a recently completed tertiary
qualification in IT, strong customer service experience and a desire to
kick-start your IT career!

• Good understanding of IP based networks

Desirable Skills
• Demonstrated experience deploying desktop hardware and software
