Your role…
As a Campaign Leader you are responsible for developing and managing a high
performance team at one of our campaign locations. As the leader your will have
discretion in all aspects of selection, retention, coaching, and development.
Your goal is to ensure the campaign meets or exceeds its fundraising targets.
Don’t worry, we have your back. Our main office in Toronto is there to support
you, including your development.

Responsibilities:

Identifies new-hire requirements
during campaigns and works with the recruitment team to fill vacancies.
Trains and coaches fundraisers on the
ethical standards of fundraising to ensure high team performance and
personal growth opportunities
Observes and appraises individual job
results, develops performance plans and performance evaluations for each
team member.
Responsible for achieving fundraising
objectives set out by company/client.
Participates in campaign strategy
sessions, analyzes pre and post campaign effectiveness, and provides
recommendations to Regional Manager and Account Manager.
Ensures reporting requirements are
completed, accurate and submitted to the Regional Manager in a timely
manner (i.e. weekly campaign reports, expense reports etc.)
Oversees booth logistics including;
booth delivery and set up, maintenance throughout campaign, and teardown
and return at end of campaign.
