professional who enjoys working with a team of seasoned professionals to pursue
new funding opportunities, develop big proposal ideas, and oversee excellence
in grant management.

The
New Business Development (NBD) Officer supports two key functions within
Dignitas: institutional funding prospecting and proposal writing, and grant
management. The NBD Manager will drive Dignitas’ institutional funding strategy
to identify and pursue institutional funding opportunities and secure new grants,
with a particular focus new program opportunities with USAID in Malawi and
elsewhere. The person in this position will also oversee the management,
reporting, and compliance of ongoing institutional grants, including Dignitas’
contract with USAID Malawi. This position also has a capacity building role
within the organization to foster learning and skill development on
institutional funding.
