Ad for VCAL
Coordinator Position
At Valley
VCAL@DVLC we believe that building positive relationships with students in a
safe and caring learning community enables young people to re-engage with
education in a transformative way. We are committed to providing
disenfranchised young people with an integrated wellbeing, educational and
pathways program that is constantly improving. All staff believe that the young
people we work with will succeed. Our staff are positive,
enthusiastic, flexible, compassionate and empathic.
Most of our students

streams and significant compliance demands. It is a challenging but rewarding
role. Our small team of teaching, wellbeing and administrative
staff are supportive and work closely together. Our size and dynamic
culture mean that it is easy to try new ideas and make change.
We are a leading
reengagement education provider with a commitment to innovation and best
practice. Our VCAL program has grown consistently and we opened a new campus
this year.
