Contracts Manager
Sungei Kadut (North)
Responsibilities:
- To support and oversee the administration
of contracts from start to completion of a project, including cost and
budgetary controls, contractual and legal matters.
- To review, interpret, analyze and
negotiate contractual and tender documents.
- To liaise with project managers/
sub-contractors/ vendors/ consultants per contractual compliance.
- To support Project Teams in administering
sub-contracts including progress payment, variation orders and
contractual matters.
- Responsible for agreeing extra work to be
done on a contract, helping to resolve any disputes which emerge and
identifying areas for improvement in contracting processes.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma, Professional Degree, Specialization in
Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Building Management and Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Managers specializing in
Architecture/Interior Design,
- At least 5 years of related working
experience in the interior/architectural industry in Singapore
- Flexible, detailed and good organization
and planning skills.
- Able to start work immediately an
advantage.
