running and maintaining the profitable business unit, developing and nurturing
of key accounts, performance management of all direct reports, full P&L
responsibilities and all resource planning.

Selection Criteria
- Mechanical
Eng Qualifications or trade background ideally - 3+
Commercial Operational Management experience (minimum) - Motivated,
Organised individual with strong attention to detail - Experienced
running a profitable P&L
