1.1.Job Summary
To co-ordinate the provision of a quality control
service for building and house maintenance by overseeing of contract work and enforcing
compliance to pre-set rates, standards and specifications.
1.2.Minimum Requirements
•National Craft Certificate (NCC), 5 years post
qualification experience
•4 years post qualification experience in a
building maintenance environment
•Valid driver’s license
