Description:

DAI is seeking
applications for the position of Program Manager/Government Institutions for
the USAID-funded Human and Institutional Capacity Development Project in Rwanda
(HICD/R) HICD/R strengthens institutional and human capacity in targeted
government institutions, as well as in targeted civil society organizations
(CS0s), that work closely with, or support the objectives of, USAID/Rwanda. The
incumbent will be responsible for man-aging HICD capacity building activities
with Government of Rwanda (GoR) counterparts and managing the HICD government
institutions team. She/he will also be responsible for managing GOR relationships,
developing related reports, and overseeing the implementation of HICD
assessments and performance solutions package.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years
of experience working with Rwanda government institutions
-4 Years experience in institutional capacity building, conducting trainings,
with facilitation, management/leadership skills
-Strong familiarity with government institution policies and processes and
knowledge of capacity building issues within the Rwanda public service
-Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and
internet
-Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English
-Working knowledge of French would be a plus
-University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Public
Administration or related field
