We are a young company that is growing quickly. There is plenty of
opportunity for promotion and personal growth. You will need to come
with an appetite for hard work, for there is a great deal of good work
to be done. This is mostly a customer service role to start, but you
will take on more responsibility as we learn your strengths. Every day
will be dynamic as you grow with us. We also have the coolest
customers, as they are all forward thinking people. I learn new things
at work everyday!
As our customer base grows, we would like to open up the option for
them to contact us on weekends. So, you must be available on weekends.
This position will start out as part time for training and gradually
evolve into full time. Students are welcome, even if you may not be
available for full-time hours until summer time. Weekend shifts will
run from 11 AM until 7 PM both days. While transitioning into full
time, your other shifts are flexible depending on our mutual needs.
Qualifications:
• A friendly, positive, and helpful disposition
• Proficiency in the English language. Both strong writing skills and
verbal skills are a must
• An interest in natural food and healthy lifestyle
• A reliable and strong work ethic
• Full Time availability, including weekends
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer requests through any medium including telephone,
social media, email, live chat, and in person transactions.
• Support the company in administrative roles and reporting.
• Participate as event staff in fun outdoor green lifestyle shows.
• Participate in sales drives and marketing initiatives.
• We are a small growing company and we will be happy to use your best
