Creating A Direction For Your Life

People who go further and faster and get more done in all area of their lives are people who have direction. According to Andrew Gardner, an assistant vice president with Merrill Lynch, “Men and women who earn $150,000 a year are different in many ways but one thing in common; their ability to tell where they are on their objectives when asked anytime and precisely what their accomplishments are up to that date”.

To be successful in life, you must be able to know where you are and where you want to be. David G. Jenson from UCLA School of Medicine classified people into two groups: Those who set goals and develop a plan of action to reach them and those who took no specific action to set their goals.

The goal-setters achieved an average of twice as much as non goal-setters. They are tended to be more enthusiastic, more satisfied with life, work and family.

So just take a break off your life to create a direction and set goals for your life.
