Job description: On behalf of our client CPL is sourcing for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for the business strategy of Ireland in the roll out of their latest software release and their full product portfolio for all types of customers (businesses and consumers).
As a senior member of the Business Leadership Team in Ireland you will be a key driver of the success of overall business in Ireland.For this role you will need to understand, coordinate, and make trade-offs across all elements of the business including marketing, sales, partners and services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Works with Sales Directors to agree on revenue targets and execution plans
– Determines optimal overall allocation of resources (e.g., marketing, headcount, etc).
– Accountable with the Sales Directors for the high Performance of the Windows Business Specialist Sales force (Pipeline Health, Win Ratio, People Quality)
– Directs and leads strategy for how the Software Solutions are marketed
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Passionate about technology and latest trends in how consumers and businesses can leverage technology in particular the devices sector.
• Deep experience in Sales, Technical and Product Marketing in both the business to business technology industry and the consumer technology industry,
• Third level qualification in IT or Business fields
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Technical expertise at an architectural level.
• Track record of strategic insight and decision making
N.B.* – This is a very senior hire which has strong commercial and marketing requirements within the technology and devices sector.
