In partnership with its client, Cpl is currently seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for a permanent role based in Dublin
The Client:
Our client is a leading Software company and is currently looking to recruit an experienced IT recruiter.
Job Responsibilities
Recruiting on a contract desk, onsite.
Source and Screen Candidates, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards and online advertising.
Provide and present candidates to clients.
This role will require you to be able to sell products, have an understanding of IT terms and software products.
Manage the recruitment process from the initial job postings through to candidate placement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or relevant field.
2 + years experience working in recruiting, preferably in IT but not essential, in a recruitment agency or as an onsite recruiter in a multi- national environment.
Experience in a sales environment, but this is not essential.
Excellent consultative, problem solving, team working and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint and prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
