POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Due to forecast growth and expansion, a new Contracts Administration role has become available in Sydney. You will be responsible for managing supply contracts – providing timely and professional customer service before, during and after the contract to maximise profitability. These responsibilities include; the coordination and preparation of accurate tenders, costing and quotations, communicating technical customer requirements with the supply factory, providing feedback to customers regarding the delivery status, raising purchase orders, liaising with debtors and forecasting future requirements. This is a fast paced team environment that requires an individual who has the ability to be able to multitask and priorities task effectively, coupled with a “big picture” mentality!
CANDIDATE
Your background will ideally include; proven contracts administration or sales experience within the Electrical Industry. You will have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills. You will have sound working knowledge of SAP and MS Office, excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the proven ability to be able to multitask. You will be enthusiastic, driven, self motivated and someone who enjoys building long lasting customer relationships. A sound technical aptitude, supported by electrical trade or tertiary qualifications will be held in high regard, but is NOT essential
