• Assists
  in creating and maintaining the highest levels of personal and team
  productivity with enthusiasm, and commitment to outstanding customer
  service
• Supports,
  promotes and implements all corporate policies, initiatives and Standard
  Operating Procedures and ensures the employees comply and use them
  effectively
• Recruit,
  train, develop, motivate and coach employees.
• Conducts
  performance appraisals on sales and support staff, and provides regular
  feedback, including administering corrective actions
• Using
  your best efforts on a full-time exclusive basis to meet and exceed
  stations local retail sales budgets.
• To
  help develop and maintain current clients lists with all Sales Executives.
• Building
  strong relationships with existing and new clients
• To
  generally enhance the performance and image of our Stations and the
  Company as a whole.

• Demonstrates
  ability to deal with both problems and interpersonal situations with positive
  results
• Strong
  written and verbal communication skills
• 3
  years minimum experience in operations, programming and sales.
   Management experience an asset but not necessary for the right
  candidate
• Be
  able to lead a dynamic team and work in harmony with Programming and Sales
  in both markets with positive results.
• Successful
  candidate must be a team builder, strong work ethic and leading by example
• Be
  able to lead a sales team in two different markets with two different
  formats and hit sales budgets and goals.
• Be
  able to develop business relationships within the community and be a civic
  leader.
