• The applicant should hold at least Bachelor’s
  Degree and or Diploma in Development Studies, Social Work, Education,
  Business Studies, Social Sciences, Community Psychology or Guidance and
  Counselling and Finance.
• A minimum of three or more years’ working
  experience with faith-based (local church) projects.
• Past exposure and experience in child and
  community development work or knowledge of child Sponsorship/Donor
  mechanisms.
• Excellent computer literacy skills and knowledge
  in Basic Accounting skills.
• Detailed working knowledge and practice in planning,
  monitoring and evaluation of community based projects.
• Proven experience in advocacy, and partnership
  building.
• Proven degree of integrity in personal and public
  life in line with the Christian values.
• Should be prepared to work beyond normal working
  hours as will be required.
• The ideal candidates must be Born Again Christian
  Professionals aged between 25-35 years.
