Responsibilities:
You are expected to manage and develop the regional HR process and operation for Asia Pacific Region (firstly for Singapore & Indonesia) for establishment of sustainable organization.
Besides your daily operation management in human resources you will manage a team of around 8 and give guidance and advices to the regional HR professionals as well as to the business directors as competent partner for all HR matters. This position is expected to grow into a Regional HR Managerial role for Asia Pacific incl. three plants and many sales offices in a foreseeable time frame
Requirements:
You are an excellent HR Generalist with wide range of experience in different HR management areas in a manufacturing environment. You have professional working experiences of at least 7-8 years including 4-5 years in a leading/managerial position. Being exposed and open-minded, proactive and positive, these are the key for this international management role providing practical and strategic support to the business directors in the region and to all workers. Candidates should bring some years of experience in working or living abroad in Asian countries and must have working experience in an international organisation. Excellent command of English is mandatory; ideally you also speak further languages such as Chinese, Indonesian, or German.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Doctorate (PhD), Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
