Designer
Responsibilities:
• Report directly to Design Manager or Design Team Leader;
• Design and to do preparation of shop drawings / sketches for architectural building plan including details of curtain wall, cladding, skylight, canopies, windows, doors, glazing, steel works, etc;
• Prepare material take-off and cutting list;
• To do co-ordination / monitor fabrication / production works including site installation;
• To manage all design matters and review submission from and/or to sub-contractors;
• To ensure that the design produced are of high build ability values and cost effective for implementation;
• Assist in both proposals and active projects in the development of schedules for design, analysis for team management;
• Assist as the liaison between the proposal teams, the clients and the internal.
Requirements:
• Posses a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
• A Good Team Player, able to work independently;
• Preferably who has experience in the design of building façade;
• Good interpersonal skills, detailed and organized;
• AutoCAD proficient with a view into project management;
• Excellent command of English (both speaking and written).
