Contracts Manager/QS

Responsibilities:
• Bid for new projects
• Prepare tender documents and make recommendations for award of sub contracts
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress of payment
• Post contract administration such as Contract Variations Claim and Final Account Claim
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering/Building/QS/Construction Management
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Strong management skills with a good foundation and knowledge of public sector tender procedures and conditions of contract
