Architecture Coordinator
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the site works on a
day to day basis and issues relating to given project - Liaise with subcontractors and
ensure timely completion of all architectural works according to quality
specification and work schedule - Conduct regular inspections and
assess the work performance done by all subcontractors on architectural
& Façade installations issues - Disseminate information and
instructions to workers and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in
Building/Construction or Architectural Engineering from a recognized
institution - Minimum 2 to 4 years of local
working experience in public and private residential, government and
commercial building projects preferred - Familiar with our local standard
quality implementation and safety aspects in the construction industry - Proficient in Supervision of
Architectural Works and Construction - Proficient in the reading of
Technical drawings
