Minimum academic
qualification of MSCE or its equivalent, Diploma in agriculture or agricultural
sciences obtained from a recognized agricultural institute, Communication
skills including oral and written skills in Chichewa and English, ability to
positively change own mindset and mindset of farmers and colleagues, High level
people skills and ability to build relationships with a diversity of people at
all levels, Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, Experience in
using monitoring software on android based smartphones or tablets will be an
added advantage
