Working and energising your senior team, and with close collaboration with Group Directors, you will develop our strategies and policies to ensure we deliver on our business plans.
With a constant eye on the needs of the people we support and their changing requirements, you will manage relationships with regulatory and other external organisations, and ensure we deliver quality and excellence in all aspects of our services.
You will bring extensive, senior management level experience from a similar organization, and have a proven background in formulating and implementing business plans. Your leadership and communication skills will be second to none and at the heart of your achievements will be a commitment to the aims and values of the Group.
