CHF International is a Non-Governmental organization which has been operating
in Rwanda since 2005, and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive
change in low- and moderate-income communities around the world, supporting
them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions. CHF
International manages projects in Rwanda focused on food security and
nutrition, health, household economic strengthening, OVC care & support and
capacity building.
CHF International Rwanda through its USAID/HIGA UBEHO program would like to
hire consultants to perform a thorough appraisal of the school material
management entrusted to Rwandan Partner Organizations (RPOs).
Tasks
Under the
Supervision of the Internal Auditor, the consultant(s) will perform the
following tasks:
1. Reconcile the stock of materials before and after supply and distribution of
materials.
2. Review of documentation against material distribution guidelines.
3. Assess compliance with stock management principles and provide
recommendation.
4. Determine expected balances
5. Provide a written report in due format within 10 working days.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
The following
aspects will be assessed against in preselecting the provider of the
verification services: A comprehensive CV, the methodology proposed and timing,
• Bachelor´s degree in either of the following fields: Finance,
Accounting, Business administration or other related fields. Strong Experience
in external auditing
• Knowledge of standard software packages of MS Office
• Excellent proven financial analytical skill
• Good written and spoken English and Kinyarwanda.
• References of similar work accomplished in the past.
