SENIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management and Project Management
• 10 years experience in Interior Fitting involvement
• Hands on site management when necessary
• Overall manpower, materials management and cost control
• Ability to plan, organize and executive project tasks effectively
• Strong leadership & supervisory skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese / English for China / Singapore posts to liaise with associates
