Eligibility:
a) Be a permanent resident of Guam or the islands of Micronesia or a dependent of active duty or reserve military personnel who are from Guam as described under “Purpose”;
b) Exhibit sincere interest in obtaining an engineering or architecture undergraduate degree and returning to Guam or Micronesia after graduation to begin their professional career;
c) Be enrolled in an accredited engineering or architecture program at a college or university.
Scholarship Open for International Students: No
Scholarship Description: The purpose of this scholarship program is to assist in the development of engineering and architecture talent among permanent residents of Guam and those islands within the geographic area known as Micronesia, which have structured political associations and ties with the United States of America. It is the intent of this scholarship program to provide mid? year scholarship grants as follows to selected students interested in obtaining a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
