Responsibilities:
• Partner the business to develop and execute resourcing plans to meet business and operational needs
• Provide HR consulting and solutions to business units in alignment to their business goals and objectives
• Formulate, review and implement HR policies & procedures that aligns to company’s objectives
• Facilitate the overseas attachment of staff
• Active involvement in HR initiatives and projects
Requirements:
• Degree with at least 5 years’ of relevant HR experience, preferably in a large organization
• Good Knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills
• A team player with good problem solving skills
• Analytical, resourceful and meticulous, confident and able to work independently
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
