CA Global: Africa Positions has a client that is in need of a Deputy Program Manager – Airport Operations. The position is available in Liberia.

Overview:
• To provide full spectrum program management expertise and oversight in Airfield Operations, Airport Engineering, Airfield Maintenance, Human Resources, Contracting/Procurement, Logistics, Accounting and Finance, Training, Legal, Administrative Support, and Airport Safety
• Incumbent monitors everyday operations for compliance with ICAO, FAA and TSA directives, plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with construction, maintenance, and operations of airport facilities
• The Deputy Site Manager shall interface with airline personnel, airport tenants and concessionaires and Host Nation Officials as indicated by the Managing Director
• Must have sufficient aviation and airport management experience to assume duties of the Airport Managing Director as needed
Requirements:
Education : Relevant degree
Industry Background : Extensive knowledge and experience working in Liberia
Experience working with Liberian local national population and knowledge of Liberian labor practices
Experience working directly with the Liberian Government
Experience : Prior experience as a successful airport/aviation program manager; program management qualification; knowledge of ICAO, FAA and TSA standards
