One of Australia‘s leading Australian banks is seeking to continue growth and success with a positive and forward thinking approach and as a result is seeking to recruit Business Development Managers for their Business Banking function.
Based in central Sydney and working in close conjunction with the branch networks, you will be required to identify and develop new business opportunities to deliver asset growth for the portfolios.
Through proactive networking with solicitors, accountants, real estate agents and your existing networks you will write new business lending up to $2million, largely focused within the Commercial Property space. With the support of Relationship Officers and Credit specialists you will offer customers a professional and seamless service whilst they join the bank.
Successful applicants will have a proven background within the business / commercial lending market having gained specific experience of writing deals up to $1 million. With proven sales and relationship management skills you will be comfortable liaising directly with customers internally and externally.
You will be able to demonstrate local networks in the Sydney market and will be seeking an opportunity to join a growing and developing team eager to deliver success and results.
