Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate
and track master contracts list - Coordinate
execution of relevant contracts, and liaise with third parties (agents,
counsel) - Archive
and file fully executed contracts - Assist
with coordinating corporate organizational documents - Filing
for provincial and federal tax credits, and CRTC applications - Assist counsel with drafting
various contracts, union documents, option letters and affidavits - Assist with review of production
credits - Register Copyright in US / Canada
and third party retransmission rights - Perform additional
administrative/clerical tasks as required by the legal department
Qualifications:
The successful
candidate should possess the following:

- Minimum of two (2) years of
experience in film and television business affairs - Knowledge of the film and TV
industry including Canadian funding and regulatory agencies, and tax
credit systems - Communicates effectively both
verbally and in writing - Operates with high degree of
accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously - Good organizational, time management
and prioritizing skills
