Based in Notting Hill you will be reporting to the Directors, working in a just in time environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas for continuous improvement and establish your career in the key role:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Production activities within a jit environment
Minimising waste
Maximising productivity
Implementing process improvements
Management of daily production schedules
Management of dispatch
Ensure quality
Monitor safety
To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. You will be hands on in your approach and strive to deliver continuous improvements.
It is essential that you have a comprehensive understanding of current manufacturing methodologies, strong computer skills and assembly line management skills. The workplace has a high labour and low automation base.
You must be able to handle relationships with employees through use of good communication skills and team development.
