1.RECEPTIONIST
1.1.Job Purpose
Reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager,
the core responsibilities of the job shall include; the answering of in-coming
calls, and transfer calls to appropriate officer, applying telephone ethics
such as: announcing company, obtaining of caller and officer required, taking
messages & passing them to appropriate officers.
1.2. Duties &
Responsibilities
•Welcomes, assist and answers queries
•Answers telephone/handles messages
•Makes necessary telephone calls as requested
•Completes fax forms and sends as requested.
•Performs general secretarial work as required
•Handles overload of typing and letters etc.
•Files & binds documents
•Sorts and arranges incoming mail and distributes
to the relevant department.
1.3.Qualifications
•The successful candidate should have a Certificate
in Secretarial Studies OR Basic Switchboard operation certificate
•Must have at least 2 YEARS working in a similar
environment.
