USG
Boral is seeking a responsible, organised and experienced individual to join
our team as a Sales Support Administrator. In this role you will be responsible
for providing assistance and sales administrative support to the Sales team
with efficiency and accuracy. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be based
at Port Melbourne and duties and responsibilities of the role will include but
not limited to:
  • Provide
    administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring and efficient and
    accurate sales effort,
  • Ensure
    business procedures and processes are maintained and actioned,
  • Co-ordinate
    customer complaints in conjunction with the sales team,
  • Co-ordinate
    and process customer credits CIS,
  • Purchasing
    of goods and services relevant to the Sales Department,
  • Ordering
    and despatching of promotional items as required,
  • Providing
    general support and assistance to the Sales team Victoria,
  • Provide
    assistance to the team as required with maintaining lead generation
    database,
  • Coordinate
    activities around price override,
  • Review
    rebate dockets and invoices and check for accuracy against claims,
  • Coordinate
    Project Price Holds,
  • Provide
    customers with item pricing and price books,
  • Manage
    customer account details including and existing accounts and credit
    limits,
  • Completion
    of plasterboard warranty forms and associated tasks,
  • Provide
    general administration support to the team as required, and
  • Answering
    general phone enquiries.
To
be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications,
experience and attributes:
  • Previous
    experience working in a similar role or a sales office environment would
    be considered favourably,
  • Highly
    proficient in Microsoft Office software platforms,
  • Self-motivated
    and ability to work without constant supervision,
  • Superior
    communication and customer relation skills,
  • Effective
    time management skills,
  • Sound
    analytical skills and understanding of sales figures, costs and margins,
  • A
    structured and process driven mode of operation, and
  • Superior
    time management skills.
