niche products for the Critical Care arena.

The Role:

 Reporting to the Director,
Clinical Specialists, the Clinical Specialist will build consultative
relationships with key critical care personnel. In fostering the safe and
appropriate use and application of the company’s Critical Care products and
services, you will provide expert guidance and education in the application,
administration, and utilization of the Critical Care products and technology to
clinicians in hospitals, clinics, and academic centers. You will resolve
application issues and address special circumstances as they relate to the
individual customer or institution. You will work closely with the commercial
colleagues to insure the educational needs of the internal and external
customers are met.

To be successful, the
selected candidate must ideally possess:

• Education/Certification: RN or other advanced Health
  degree preferred. BS required.
• Direct experience in industry or related clinical
  research areas preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years previous education experience
  required.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive pharmaceutical/critical
  care industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of success, especially in the area
  of establishing relationships with opinion leaders and in team management.
• Communication and interpersonal skills with a
  demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and information with strong
  problem solving skills.
• Clear understanding of technology used in respiratory
  care, particularly the intensive care environment.
• Knowledge: Trained in Neonatal Nursing

This is a Field-based position
and the selected candidate must have the ability to travel, locally and
regionally, up to 80 % of the time. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s
license.
