Account Manager (Servicing)
Selangor
Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage day-to-day activities and opportunities for strategic development of accounts.
• Develop and maintain close relationship with current and new clients ensuring effective communication.
• Have an in depth understanding of client’s brief and expectations, with the ability to analyze and interpret brief/ plan/ research/ market data and spearhead strategies as well as action plans for the team.
• Execute and see through to completion creative, effective and outstanding campaigns for the client and agency.
• Assist with the formulation, brainstorming or guidance on advertising or creative strategies for campaign proposals and presentations.
• Able to negotiate and problem solve with clients and third parties on details of ongoing work and campaigns.
• Ensuring accurate projections, billings and cost control, set by the management.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, Media, or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years experience in an advertising, marketing or client servicing.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, Power Point and Key Note applications. A sense of art and design is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and organization skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, within a team environment and communicate at all levels.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go the extra mile.
• Possess a driving license and own vehicle.
