Due to an internal promotion we are now seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to be based from our Parramatta office. You will work a ‘hot’ desk with a focus on Permanent Recruitment across our Blue-Collar clients.
This is a RARE opportunity to start billing from day one thus to be considered for this role you will have:
• Proven recruitment experience within Blue-Collar and / or White-Collar classifications;
• A passion for permanent recruitment and understanding of what is required to fill roles with the ‘right’ candidate;
• Developed client relationship building skills and the ability to both manage existing and establish new relationships;
• Ability to work as a 360 degree recruiter, autonomously and with minimal supervision but with strong results;
• Strong awareness of current market conditions including social media networking and alternative search databases;
• A positive attitude and mature approach to your work;
• Employment stability (no job hoppers please) ;
• Tertiary qualifications an advantage but not essential;
• Attractive salary package and commission structure with excellent earning potential for the right person.
