BGC Group Pte Ltd Accounts Assistant/Executive (AR/AP/GL) Job Vacancy in Singapore

Responsibilities• Responsible for daily operations
• Handle AR/AP/GL
• Monitor ageing of customer accounts
• Liaise with customers and Business Units on claims, refunds, disputes and payments
• To generate invoices
• Conduct regular review meetings with product managers to clear slow moving / aged stock
• Reconciliation of stock take results against financial results in books
• Co-ordinate in forex booking and proper execution of forex contracts
• Assist in GL reporting on ad-hoc basis

Requirements
• ITE/CAT/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or similar with 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in AR or AP or full sets of accounts
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills
• ONLY Singaporean or PR need to apply
