supported regions to strengthen health systems for improved delivery of

Job Summary: The Regional Project Coordinator will be
responsible for the promotion of health workers’ motivation, team work and
engagement through developing and monitoring the implementation of leadership
capacity building programs for district health teams and health facility
workers in the target districts in line with the project objectives and
Baylor-Uganda capacity building guidelines.

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in industrial & Organizational
Psychology or Human Resource Management or Health Service Management or
any relevant degree with training in Project Monitoring and Evaluation and
application of participatory, qualitative and quantitative M&E methods
- The
applicant should also have a minimum of three or more years’ experience in
capacity building interventions preferably in the health sector. - At least
1 year of relevant project coordination experience with a reputable
organisation, and direct experience with local government and donor
representatives - Good
team player - Possess
excellent communication skills - Superior
networking and partnership skills. - He/she
must be dynamic, persuasive and convincing, self-motivated and able to
demonstrate high initiative. - He/she
must have the ability to manage change - Working
knowledge of local languages is an added advantage. (Eastern Uganda and
West Nile)
