We are looking for
an experienced contract trainer to join our team. It is critical
that we find the right person for the position. You must be assertive, dynamic
and most importantly be a strong team player. You will be a highly motivated
individual whom has the ability to work with various demographics.
You must have the ability to drive, motivate and monitor stud
ents to
complete assessments within required time frames.
THE ROLE: Contract trainer/assessor, primarily classroom delivery in
senior schooling as well as Industry based delivery. Ability to
develop resources, complete administrative and compliance documents
relating to training and assessment. High level of communication skills with
student and employers.
EXPERIENCE: Recent or current RTO training and assessing experience, with
minimum 8 years industry experience and ongoing professional development
and industry currency plans.
QUALIFICATIONS: You will hold a TAE40110 & BSB50215 Diploma of
Business along with one of the following qualifications (IT, Hospitality,
Small Business, Leadership & Management or Events). Bachelor Degree or
higher qualification would be a competitive advantage.
