•Willingness to work extended hours
•Previous work experience not vital
2.Graduate Trainees Aftersales (5 Posts)
2.1.Outputs
•Learn, observe and comply with Company safety,
health and environmental standards
•Meet and exceed aftersales and service budget
figures
•Complete customer visits and new customer profiles
•Submit monthly reports on activities in the market
place
•Submit to customer satisfaction reports at least
twice a year
2.2.Requirements
•Bachelors Degree (Industrial, Mechanical Or
Electrical Engineering)
•Motivated and able to work individually
•Good communication and people skills.
•Valid driver’s license
•Good computer skills
3.General Mechanic – Marc Site
3.1.Outputs
•Responsible for repairs, maintenance and trouble
shooting of hydraulic shovels /Earthmoving equipment machine systems
•Provide quick and effective service to clients
•communicate job status to internal customers and
supervisors
•Prepare parts orders and complete daily service
reports
3.2.Requirements
•Heavy Plant Trade (NCC) or equivalent mechanical
trade
•Sound technical knowledge of hydraulic
shovel/earthmoving equipment
•Ability to work accurately and diligently to
ensure quality repairs to machines
•Sound verbal communication skills (discuss and
explain repairs)
•Ability to follow instructions and cope with job
demands
•Ability to work independently
•Willing to work shifts and when required to work
overtime
•Previous knowledge of hydraulic shovels an added
advantage
