1.CUSTOMER CREDIT RISK ANALYST
1.1.Overall Job Purpose
Responsible for providing Management with analytical
solutions/monitoring packs and MI to manage portfolios effectively ensuring
process compliance as per policy guidelines. To assess portfolio profitability,
growth and risks on an ongoing basis and to ensure Group reporting deadlines
are adhered to and that PD (Probability of Default) and LGD (Loss Given Default) models are understood
and input into its development are provided on time. To participate in
forecasting and provide analysis required to make informed decisions.
1.2.Educational Requirements
•Bachelors Degree
(Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Computer Science)
•A post graduate qualification will be an added
advantage
1.3. Experience
•A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in a
financial credit environment
2. CORPORATE MANAGER’S ASSISTANT
2.1.Overall Purpose
To support the Relationship Manager to develop and
maintain relationships with a portfolio of Corporate and/or Business Banking
customers and connected Personal customers
2.2.Educational Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree
•ACIB or Equivalent will be an added advantage
3.RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
3.1.Overall Job Purpose
•To maintenance and sustain a portfolio of customers,
building long term relationships founded on efficient and reliable support for
the business
•To develop business both with new and existing
customers
3.2.Educational Requirements
•Bachelors Degree
•ACIB or equivalent is essential
3.3.Experience
•Minimum of 4 years post graduate experience in a
corporate banking environment.
