1.1.Job Purpose
Responsible for generating new business to achieve
personal sales targets, providing excellent customer service, visiting and
maintaining good relations with dealerships, assessing and preparing credit
applications, cross-selling and retaining existing business in order to
contribute to the profitability of the Bank
in accordance with its policy
1.2.Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
& Skills
•Diploma in Banking and / or Diploma in Sales and
or Marketing
•At least 3 years experience in a sales
environment, preferably in a commercial banking environment
•Proficiency in computer applications (word, excel
and power point)
•Valid driver’s license
•Knowledge and understanding of the motor vehicle
sales industry
•Knowledge of the Banking Act and related acts
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Planning and organizing skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
•Effective networking
•Eye for detail.
