Bank Customer Service Officer (Consumer Banking Team)
$1800 – $2800 monthly salary + shift allowance + Perm staff benefits (annual leave+bank compliance leave+medical leave) + Medical benefits
Responsibilities:
• First point of tele-contact between bank and customers
• Handle in-bound calls and to answer to customers’ queries about the bank’s various products and services (no sales involved)
• Problem-solve and seek solutions to customers’ enquiries
• Escalate / re-direct problems when appropriate
• Deliver personalised service over the telephone to customers on various banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
• Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
• Deliver quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
• Be trained on the bank’s products and services to provide excellent service to customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 O’Level passes (with relevant work experience); Diploma (fresh grads) and above
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, promoter, or other service related industries will be an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in East / Alexandra
• A pleasant voice, positive telephone manners
• Attentive listening and communication skills
• Good command of oral and written English
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications
• Ability to work shift (last shift ends at 1am)
• Applicants should be Singaporeans or Singapore PR
• Attractive Salary + allowances
• Able to start immediately
