quality medicines at various partner pharmacies located in various part of the
country. In order to improve patient experience and continuously support our
partner pharmacies in delivering unmatched health care service, babyl Rwanda is
looking to recruit a registered pharmacist to join our growing team.
About
the role
The
pharmacy coordinator will join the clinical team to support our efforts to
deliver quality services to our clients. Under the supervision of the Medical
Director/ Sales Director, the pharmacy coordinator will ensure that pharmacies
and pharmacists are provided with adequate support to deliver prescriptions and
pharmaceutical information to those in need of treatment.
Specifically,
the pharmacy coordinator will
  • Act
    as the prime contact person (focal point) for partner pharmacists on any
    matter related to pharmacy practice
  • Maintain
    and regularly update babyl partner pharmacies and pharmacists data base
  • Register
    new pharmacy portal users and new partner pharmacies in babyl data
    repository
  • Regularly
    monitor partner pharmacies performance in delivering services to babyl
    clients and provide proactive support as needed to ensure uninterrupted
    provision of services
  • Provide
    on-site support to partner pharmacies and pharmacists and troubleshoot any
    issues related to the pharmacy portal use and management
  • Conduct
    training and mentorship support to pharmacists and other pharmacy portal
    users
  • Ensure
    full functionality of babyl booth and other equipments such as tablets in
    pharmacies and report any maintenance requirements to babyl
  • Coordinate
    district managers support to pharmacies and provide adequate guidance in
    portal troubleshooting. Train new district managers on how to record new
    pharmacy portal users and troubleshoot any issue that pattern to the
    pharmacy portal
Requirements
  • At
    least 2 years experience as a Pharmacist
  • To
    be a registered pharmacist with the National Pharmacy Council
  • To
    be an active and registered member of the Rwanda Community Pharmacy Union
    (RCPU)
  • To
    be IT literate and willing to learn new skills in digital health care service
    delivery
  • Interested
    in digital healthcare in general and good understanding of the
    pharmaceutical context in Rwanda
